Spotter Supply was created by Brian & Jason, friends for over 40 years in Matthews, NC. Brian has been cleaning carpets since 1998, and bought the same company he worked for about 15 years ago. Around the same time, Jason stopped building custom homes and started a new career in web development and user-experience design. While Brian runs his core carpet cleaning business, Jason helps out on the technical side with development, design, marketing, and sales.
Spotter was born because the company we used to buy it from (Jon-Don) was bought out by Aramsco, and they shut down Home Pro Spotter 1 year later. After months of frustrations we needed to solve our own problem. After 2 months of development time we are opening the same week Home Pro is discontinued.
The Spotter Supply team is very familiar with running businesses, yet they understand the nuances and challenges that come with start-ups.
