Custom products

Every box is printed to order with artwork you create or supply. Because each order is unique to your business, custom-printed goods are not returnable for a change of mind.

Your artwork and your responsibility

You confirm the exact artwork before we print. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — including your company name, phone number, and website — and for having the right to use any logo or mark you upload. If we print something different from what you approved, we will reprint it at no cost.

Subscriptions

A standing order bills on the same day each month until you cancel. You can skip, pause, change frequency, or cancel at any time from your account, and we will email you before each renewal. Cancelling stops future shipments; it does not refund an order already produced.

Shipping

Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the next business day. Transit time is separate and depends on your location.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
